Reflex-Rol (UK) was selected to supply and install bespoke anti-glare roller blinds for the air traffic control tower at BAE Systems’ Walney Island airfield, a highly demanding, safety-critical environment. The project required precise glare and heat control without compromising outward visibility for airfield operations. Custom-engineered to suit the unique angles and glazing of the control tower, the Reflex-Rol blinds deliver clear 20/20 vision while significantly reducing solar gain and visual discomfort. The installation enhances operational performance, improves thermal comfort, and supports continuous, reliable visibility within this mission-critical aviation facility.
