Reflex-Rol (UK) supplied and installed bespoke anti-glare roller blinds for the air traffic control tower at Gran Canaria Airport in the Canary Islands, where intense sunlight and coastal glare present daily operational challenges. The project required dependable solar and glare control without compromising outward visibility or situational awareness. Each blind was custom-manufactured to suit the tower’s inclined and trapezoidal glazing, delivering precise fit and smooth operation. The Reflex-Rol system reduces solar heat gain, limits visual distraction, and improves thermal comfort for controllers.
